Use the kitchen stove or setup an electric burner outside of the sauna.

Place stainless steel pot on top of the burner.

Fill up with 6-8 cups of filtered water.

Add 2-3 tablespoons of loose leaf herbs to the pot of water or place in tea bag first.

Put lid on stainless steel pot.
△
Turn the burner to low and let the herbs cook for 10-20 minutes.

Allow it to sit for 10 minutes to cool slightly.

Place pot in the sauna or on floor
(or transfer to a glass/ceramic bowl).

Remove the pot lid to allow steam out. (Close the top of the sauna.)

Test the steam with your wrist. If it’s too hot, WAIT for a minute and test again or add some cold water.

Your session is prepared!
Remove bottoms and have a seat, squat or kneel over the steam.
△
Wrap yourself in a blanket to seal in heat and enjoy.
△
Pour herbal water back onto Mother Earth after and send gratitude.
